SHIPPING AUSTRALIA
We ship Australia-wide for a flat rate - $10 standard or $15 express.
All orders will be dispatched within 2-3 business days and tracking numbers will be sent immediately.
Standard shipping time is generally 2-8 business days.
Express shipping time is generally 1-4 business days.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
We ship internationally to New Zealand, South Africa, and the UK.
Standard flat rates depend on mass of package.

RETURNS AUSTRALIA
AHVA is proud to offer a great return policy. If you do need to make a return for any reason – size, style, change of mind we can assist you.
Before you return your items please make sure that the items you are returning are:
- In the same condition they were in when you received them
- Not worn, washed or altered.
- Have no pet fur, stains or dirt.
- We respectfully ask that any pieces being returned have no make-up, tan or deodorant marks on them as we will be unable to process a return for exchange or refund in this case
REFUNDS: A refund can be issued within 14 days from receiving your order. Refunds will be processed via the method you made your purchase (i.e. if paid with PayPal, the refund can only be credited back to your PayPal account).
EXCHANGES: We can exchange your garment/s for a different size or style.
SALE ITEMS: All sale transactions are final. Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds, exchange, or credit for sale merchandise.
STORE CREDIT: We offer the option of an AHVA Gift Card valued at 110%, valid for 12 months from the date of issue, or alternatively a full refund or exchange. These options are available on full-priced merchandise once your return has been received and approved.
RETURN LABEL & SHIPPING: A return label will be generated from the returns portal. Please include the packing list associated with the return label. A $15 return label fee will be deducted from your return. We will cover the shipping costs when sending the exchange back to you.

AHVA reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by AHVA and cannot be held liable for any returns parcels that are not delivered.
ESTIMATED REFUND TIME:
Refunds will be processed via the method you made your purchase (i.e. if paid with PayPal, the refund can only be credited back to your PayPal account).
PayPal refunds will be visible in your PayPal balance almost immediately.
Credit card refunds will be visible within 1-5 business days depending again on your financial institution.
FAULTY ITEMS
If your order arrives faulty or damaged please contact us via email (hello@ahvaeverywear.com) as soon as you can. Please send us photos of the fault in the email. We’ll do our best to resolve the situation ASAP. If a fault appears in your product through normal wear please contact us and send photos so we can assess and will let you know what the options are. Once we receive the garment our returns team will inspect them. We aim to process the return as quickly as we can, however some faults may need to be assessed by our production team before a refund or replacement can be issued. In this case we will keep you updated. This can take up to a few weeks. Our returns team may conclude that the damage is not due to a manufacturing fault, unfortunately in this instance we cannot offer a refund or exchange. The garment will be returned to you at your expense. Our team will keep you informed during this process.
