How to measure

Bust. Measure around the fullest part of your bust, under your arms and across your shoulder blades.
Waist. Measure around your natural waist. This is the narrowest part of your middle, usually just above your belly button.
Hips. Stand with your feet together. Measure around the widest part of your hips and bottom.

Use a soft tape measure over a non-padded bra or your activewear. Stand relaxed, keep the tape level, and keep it snug but not tight. Then find your numbers in the chart above.
